Scholarship Opportunities Through Fight Right Foundation
Providing access to martial arts training for children and teens who would benefit, but may not otherwise have the opportunity to train.
What is the Fight Right Foundation Scholarship?
Fight Right Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides need-based scholarships to help children and teens access martial arts training through Fight Right Martial Arts.
These scholarships are designed to remove financial barriers while supporting students as they build confidence, discipline, resilience, and strong character through consistent training.
Who is Eligible?
Scholarships may be awarded to students who:
Demonstrate financial need
Would benefit physically, mentally, or emotionally from martial arts training
Are willing to commit to regular attendance and effort
Align with the values and expectations of Fight Right Martial Arts
Scholarships are available to children and teens currently enrolled in, or applying to train at, Fight Right Martial Arts.
Scholarship availability is limited and based on demonstrated need.
What does the Scholarship Cover?
Fight Right Foundation scholarships are intended to support training-related expenses only, which may include:
Monthly training tuition
Program fees directly associated with training
Essential gear required for training (as determined by the program)
Scholarship funds are not distributed directly to families. All funds are paid directly to Fight Right Martial Arts, the program provider, on the student’s behalf.
Important Scholarship Information
At this time, Fight Right Foundation scholarships are applicable exclusively to training at Fight Right Martial Arts.
Scholarships may not be used for enrollment, tuition, or programs at other martial arts schools or training facilities.
As the Foundation grows, additional opportunities may be explored in the future.
Scholarship Expectations
Students receiving scholarship support are expected to:
Attend class consistently
Show respect to instructors, peers and staff
Put forth and maintain a positive attitude
Uphold the values and standards of Fight Right Martial Arts
Scholarship support may be reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment with these expectations.
Failure to meet these expectations may result in review or adjustment of scholarship support.
How Scholarships are Awarded
Fight Right Foundation scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated financial need and objective criteria established by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Each application is reviewed with care to ensure scholarships are distributed fairly, responsibly, and in alignment with the Foundation’s mission.
